Jasper Duberry scrambles in the corner

Champlin Park is one of the larger schools in the metro. They have a huge pool of athletes to draw from in fielding teams. This season it looks like the pool is well stocked. Champlin Park defeated visiting Mounds View Tuesday evening 71 to 55. They played eleven players over the course of the evening. Champlin returns nine seniors this year and many of them will see time on the floor.

The core players for the Champlin Park Rebels are Duberry who scored 11 this evening, Pella who put 16 on the board and Zimmerman who lead with 23. Davis and Hager add 11 and 8. The Rebel dominated when their top three were on the court and led early in the game with three time the Mustangs scores, that dropped to double the scores as Champlin increased their substitutions. Champlin led 31 to 17 at the half.
