The Rebels come out poised and look like they are ready to bring their 2 game losing streak to an end. The Rebels spread the floor and move the ball very well as all five starters score as Davis knocks down a couple of 3’s. Blaine’s junior post player Zach Romashko is pretty much unstoppable as his play around the basket and two 3 pointers from sophomore Duke Anywanu keeps Blaine close, 28-22 Rebels at the half.
The Rebels step up their defensive pressure the 2nd half and go on a couple of runs that force Blaine timeouts. Davis knocks down a couple more 3’s (4 for 5 for the game) and the route is on. The Rebels looked very efficient and focused as four starters hit double digits.The Box:
